Pastor Randal Ackland Lead Pastor Pastor Randal and his wife Connie have been in ministry since 1981 and started leading CIC in 2012. As a former missionary, Pastor Randal says that CIC has that same missionary “passion for seeking out those who don’t know Jesus, whole-hearted worship, and to become like Jesus.” |

Pastor Tony Tamba, Pastoral Assistant Pastor Tony and wife, Hawah are lifelong Assembly of God members. Pastor Tony is an Accountant and Business Owner. He has several degrees, certificates, and licenses: (MS in Management and Finance; BS in Accounting; BA in Sociology; Certificate in Business Analytics; and M.Div. Candidate at AGTS and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminaries. Pastor Tony's service at CIC include: Board Member, Head of Finance Dept., Sunday School Teacher, and now Pastoral Assistant. He enjoys supporting people called to ministry. |

Pastor Jim Wallace, Pastoral Assistant Pastor Jim, was in youth ministry for just short of 30 years in three churches including CIC! Jim and his wife Joanne have served God in a variety of roles. Jim has a strong calling to preach and teach the Word both on campus and off. Jim also demonstrates a strong desire to build strong community connections, in the practice of pastoral care! |

Mrs. Madeline González, Worship Director Being a native New Yorker, Madeline and her husband Eli have grown up together in an Assemblies of God church. Since moving to the area in 2013, Madeline has passionately served as CIC’s Worship Director, saying that “God inhabits the praises of His people, and where God is, there is liberty.” |

Pastor Jim Dieterly (JD), Pastor JD and his wife, Judy have been in ministry since 1981. He graduated from Zion Bible Institute in 1982, and Judy graduated in 1977. They have been involved in many areas, including filling in as interim pastor for two different churches. |
